Job Title: Employee Development Specialist

We focus on enhancing learning objectives, ensuring that the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering customized curriculum content that aligns with the business’s technical needs.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope and recommend deliverables, budget, and resources.
- Oversee curriculum development and review course content and instructional materials.
- Identify business-specific learning objectives and adapt curriculum content and delivery methods.
- Perform as a lead instructor in a specialized content area.
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in conducting adult leadership training.
- Experience in aerospace training and teaching technical subject matter.
- Education typically acquired through advanced education such as a Bachelor’s degree, and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
