Job Title: Right of Way Due Diligence Agent
Location: Houston, Texas (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to support our client’s pipeline and infrastructure operations through detailed research and analysis of easements, alignment sheets, and property documentation. Our team values accuracy and a strong understanding of midstream and gathering systems to ensure compliance and project success.
Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret easements, alignment sheets, surveys, and plats pertaining to pipeline and other right-of-way projects.
- Analyze and understand diverse provisions within newer easements for accuracy and compliance.
- Leverage database systems to track, organize, and manage relevant title and land documentation.
- Apply GIS tools such as Google Earth and ArcGIS to support project due diligence efforts and ensure data integrity.
Required:
- Eligible to work permanently in the United States.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience with midstream or gathering systems is mandatory.
- Ability to read and interpret easements, alignment sheets, surveys, and plats, with a basic understanding of title and experience using databases and GIS tools (Google Earth, ArcGIS, etc.).
