Job Title: Software Engineer Lead
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-site)
Job Summary: We are searching for a talented professional to join our team supporting enterprise initiatives in new account opening and compliance within a fast-paced environment. Our team is responsible for critical project delivery, solution design, and driving automation in a collaborative, agile-driven setting.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in team stand-ups, analyze requirements, and design solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee a team of API developers while ensuring the appropriate deployment of code and post-production support.
- Contribute to designing, developing, and integrating RESTful services with compliance and security best practices.
- Recommend and assist in testing plans, ensuring all workflows meet audit readiness standards and project timelines.
Required:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful services (API – publish/consume APIs).
- Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and workflow and automation tools such as Flowable (Enterprise), IBM BAW, and Salesforce Flow.
- Experience with document and signature tools including OneSpan, DocuSign, OnBase, E-Sign, and wet sign workflows.
- Strong experience with integration and messaging systems such as REST APIs, Kafka, data mapping, and transformation and proficiency with DevOps tools including Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Docker, Red Hat OpenShift, SonarQube.
