Job Title: Engineer
Location: Holly Springs, North Carolina (On-site)
Job Summary: Our team is looking for a skilled professional to support process development and technology transfer activities in a commercial biologics manufacturing environment. We enable innovative solutions to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations across process validation, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Apply a fundamental understanding of downstream bioprocessing to support technology transfer, process validation, plant start-up, manufacturing troubleshooting, and investigations.
- Support continuous process verification, monitoring, optimization, complex investigations, and product life cycle management.
- Ensure safety and compliance of process development activities within the facility.
- Provide person-in-plant, on-floor process support and contribute to regulatory filing, inspection, and related activities.
Required:
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience or Associate degree with 6 years of experience or High school diploma/GED with 8 years of experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing processes, including troubleshooting and investigations.
- Direct exposure to technology transfer and downstream bioprocessing functions.
- Ability to work onsite during dayshift with potential for overtime as needed.
