Job Title: Engineer
Location: New Albany, Ohio (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to support automation-related project delivery within a GMP-regulated environment. Our team offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful engineering solutions and gain valuable exposure to FDA-regulated processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support senior staff in project initiation, design, and delivery, focusing on automation scope.
- Gather user requirements and assist with converting them into technical documentation for third-party execution.
- Perform engineering studies, field evaluations of existing systems, and provide recommendations for automation installations.
- Monitor daily production line operations, facilitate troubleshooting of downtime issues, and assist with CAPA and deviation management.
Required:
- 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Ability to work in teams, demonstrate strong communication skills, and bring experience with mechanical systems.
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience or Associate degree and 6 years of experience or High school diploma/GED and 8 years of experience.
- Flexibility to work standard business hours and occasional overtime as required.
