Job Title: Operations Process Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated professional to oversee the content production and activation pipeline within a dynamic operations team. Our team values efficient project management and seamless cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality digital and print assets for broad distribution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end content activation pipeline, coordinating production timelines, managing content system submissions, and navigating compliance review processes.
- Administer project management boards, maintain operational documentation and workflows, and facilitate team meetings to ensure process accuracy and timely updates.
- Coordinate with IT partners, vendors, and contractors for platform maintenance, asset production, and distribution activities across print and digital channels.
- Monitor inbound communications from stakeholders, support budget tracking, maintain production records, and prepare data inputs for performance reporting.
Required:
- BA/BS degree with 3 to 6 years of process management or project management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects concurrently with strong proficiency in project management platforms (Monday.com preferred) and workflow automation tools.
- Experience with content production workflows, editorial calendars, compliance review processes, and asset review using Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, or similar).
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar) and expert knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Office suite, along with excellent communication skills.
