Job Title: Employee Development Specialist

Job Summary: We are dedicated to enhancing the skills and performance of employees through targeted development programs. Our team focuses on curriculum innovation and delivery excellence, ensuring learners meet aerospace industry standards and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct learning requirements analysis to establish specific learning objectives.
- Deliver and assess content effectiveness based on identified learning objectives.
- Facilitate coaching sessions for improving individual or group performance in specialized content areas.
- Ensure customization of learning methods and emphasize safety precautions in training sessions.
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations or manufacturing support.
- Experience as a coach, instructor, or employee development specialist.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing curriculum aligned with industry standards.
- Ability to work with detailed instructions, and read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
