Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven professional to support operational monitoring, case triage, and process improvement within a leading TotalRewards program. Responsibilities:
- Contribute to operations monitoring by reviewing exceptions, trends, and emerging issues to ensure timely detection and response.
- Support triage and prioritization of operational cases, defects, and escalations, facilitating effective issue resolution.
- Document current state and future state processes, procedures, and workflows including standard operating procedures and job aids.
- Develop and maintain reporting tied to volume, trends, and outcomes to surface operational risks and improvement opportunities.
Required:
- Experience supporting ongoing operations monitoring, root cause analysis, and remediation in a production or post-launch environment.
- Ability to document processes, create and maintain SOPs, job aids, and related operational artifacts.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, and validation, with experience analyzing operational data sets for trends and risks.
- Understanding of controls, exception management, and audit readiness concepts, including evidence gathering and issue documentation.
