Job Title: US – Account Manager (Customer Success)
Location: New York, New York (REMOTE, EST hours)

Job Summary: We are on the hunt for an experienced professional to serve as the operational backbone of our presale campaign engine. Our team is committed to ensuring precision and reliability in every campaign we manage, ultimately bridging the gap between internal strategy and external partner success.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end quality assurance process for campaign setups, ensuring error-free launches.
  • Proactively track live campaigns to monitor technical health and data integrity.
  • Identify, triage, and escalate technical issues, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve them swiftly.
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for partners, managing inquiries and support requests adeptly.

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in Live events or concerts industry. 
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail, with a history of identifying and correcting errors before they impact operations.
  • Demonstrate operational agility, thriving in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in CRM and Support platforms including HubSpot and Zendesk, as well as project management tools like Jira.
