Job Title: Enablement Program Manager – Hotels

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to drive the learning and enablement initiatives supporting a global partnerships team in the hospitality sector. Our team values individuals who can independently develop and deliver effective training solutions, ensuring business teams achieve success during a key expansion phase.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training programs using instructional design best practices to drive results for business development teams.
- Manage and optimize the learning management system, ensuring content is well-organized, accessible, and engaging.
- Partner cross-functionally to translate business needs into impactful learning experiences, leveraging data to identify gaps and improve program effectiveness.
- Take ownership of enablement projects from inception to completion, supporting the efficiency of go-to-market teams at scale.
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in enablement, learning & development, or instructional design.
- Hands-on learning management system administration experience, including building courses and managing user access.
- Proven ability to create and deliver sales enablement content that includes strong narrative, sales pitches, talking points, objection handling, and playbooks, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting sales, account management, or partnership teams.
