Job Title: Associate Scientist

Job Summary: We are on a mission to revolutionize the bioanalytical sciences field through innovative Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory from various controlled environment equipment including freezers, refrigerators, and liquid nitrogen tanks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate daily operations involving receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, while maintaining strict compliance with FDA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies like damaged goods and short shipments.
- Create and maintain clear documentation covering requirements, processes, and user guides for scientific workflow and compliance.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer sciences, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in laboratory software within the pharma/biotech industry.
- Proven experience in inventory management, preferably within cold storage or logistics settings.
- Knowledge of Laboratory Information Management Systems (e.g., Watson LIMS, StarLIMS) and familiarity with GxP regulatory frameworks, including FDA standards.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
