Job Title: PIM Implementation Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced implementation professional to lead the technical configuration, customization, and integration of a new Product Information Management (PIM) platform. Our team is looking for someone who can provide expert support to enable merchandising, eCommerce, and marketing teams to optimize business processes and product data flows.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end configuration of features, attributes, workflows, hierarchies, and roles within the PIM platform.
- Develop and maintain API connections, scripts, and data pipelines to ensure seamless data movement across business systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage product data migration and support integration with translation and data enrichment tools.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and training materials to support system users and future enhancements.
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of technical experience implementing or managing enterprise PIM platforms (e.g., Salsify, Inriver, Akeneo, Riversand, Informatica).
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in configuring PIM features, workflows, and system integrations.
- Strong proficiency in APIs, scripting languages (such as Python or JavaScript), and data formats (JSON, XML, CSV).
- Experience with ETL processes and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Data Fusion, Cloud) as well as a thorough understanding of data models, attributes, taxonomies, and governance.
