Job Title: Analyst-Program/Project

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to coordinate and manage all aspects of Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect scheduling and documentation. Our team values precise communication, stakeholder engagement, and strict adherence to established policies in a fast-paced service environment.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate MPU disconnect/reconnect work while managing internal systems and documentation.
- Communicate professionally with customers and stakeholders to ensure transparency regarding scheduling and compliance status.
- Monitor CPUC timelines for compliance and prioritize the backlog of MPU requests based on urgency and procedural guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure strict adherence to all established MPU procedures and protocols.
Required:
- Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions in a business environment.
- Ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain detailed and accurate records.
- Proficiency with basic computer and office software for coordinating and documenting workload activities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a focus on follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
