Job Title: Employee Development Specialist
Location: Auburn, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: Our team is seeking an experienced professional to support workforce learning and foundational skills instruction. We deliver critical training for new hires, helping shape the future workforce and ensuring high-quality performance across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging instructional content using a variety of media to clearly communicate and ensure audience retention.
- Apply knowledge of instructional skills including preparation, delivery, assessment, and student progress evaluation for effective adult learning.
- Identify business-specific learning objectives, adapt curriculum content and delivery methods, and recommend improvements for enhanced performance.
- Assess training requirements, schedule courses and instructors, and coordinate training for new hire, recall, and transfer employees, including off-shift support as needed.
Required:
- Strong background in Fabrication, Assembly, Composites, and/or Quality Systems.
- Demonstrated skills in training and instructional techniques.
- Education or experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) and 6 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination such as Master’s plus 4 years of related experience, or 10 years of related work experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Auburn, WA, supporting 2nd shift with some 1st shift support as required, and to provide support for off-shift needs when necessary.
