Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Associate
Location: Easton, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to support supply chain and warehouse operations at a dynamic 3PL raw material facility. Our team is dedicated to ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence in a regulated environment while partnering with multiple cross-functional teams to sustain and improve logistics performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage raw materials receipt tracking and oversee the lifecycle status of quality workflow stages for enhanced visibility and timely response.
- Coordinate receipt and distribution activities including purchase orders, inbound shipment schedules, outbound shipping schedules, and documentation management to maintain operational flow.
- Lead integration activities between SAP and logistics service provider systems, preparing and presenting governance deliverables such as dashboards, KPIs, and monthly reports.
- Facilitate prompt resolution of quality and shipment issues, conducting root cause analysis and providing timely inventory status updates in alignment with corporate objectives.
Required:
- Must have experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices) in a regulated warehouse or supply chain environment.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP transactions and warehouse/supply chain operations.
- High school diploma/GED and 8 years of Life Science or Business experience, or Associate’s degree and 6 years of Life Science or Business experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Life Science or Business experience, or Master’s degree.
- Fluency in English with effective oral and written communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
