Job Title: Product Designer – Specialized

Job Summary: We are searching for a creative genius ready to push the boundaries of sports footwear design. Our team is on a mission to craft world-class athletic footwear that beautifully blends performance and style, elevating the game for athletes worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Design innovative footwear across Global Football, American Football, Baseball, Training, and Golf categories.
- Lead and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and refine product designs.
- Present design concepts effectively to internal teams and stakeholders.
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in footwear design, focusing on performance and style.
- Strong proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; ability to create detailed 2D technical drawings.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, with a solid understanding of form, color, materials, and human factors.
- Experience working and collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
