Job Title: Quality Control Specialist
Location: Holly Springs, North Carolina (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a driven professional to play a key role in advancing digital capabilities within a Quality Control laboratory environment. Our team is committed to developing and enhancing digital tools that enable data-driven decision-making and improved performance across QC operations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with QC functional groups and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand laboratory processes and data flows.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools to provide insights into QC performance and key metrics.
- Create and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency, reduce manual processes, and enhance data accessibility.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory expectations while supporting integration with enterprise data architecture.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience, Master’s degree and 2 years of experience, Doctorate degree, Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience, or High school diploma/GED and 10 years of experience.
- Advanced business intelligence and data visualization experience using Power BI or Spotfire in an enterprise environment.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with structured data environments.
- Proven communication abilities with experience translating stakeholder requirements into digital solutions.
