Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Austin, Texas (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to support complex integrated test, measurement, and automation systems projects for this company’s customers. Our team drives project success by coordinating logistics, procurement, and communication across multiple disciplines ensuring timely delivery and outstanding outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate system builds with manufacturing teams and resolve roadblocks affecting project timelines.
- Track inventory, project schedules, and logistics while procuring needed parts and maintaining clear communication with procurement teams.
- Support project milestones and deadlines by collaborating with PCB services, engineering, manufacturing, and services groups to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Maintain project documentation, audit project data, and provide regular reporting for project adherence by effectively communicating with vendors, stakeholders, and technical teams.
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of project coordination experience.
- Advanced competency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and proactively communicate with stakeholders.
- US Citizenship required to work on ITAR projects and qualify for DoD clearances.
