Job Title: Senior Java Developer
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to contribute to critical revenue support initiatives within a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on Java development to deliver functional solutions that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with an agile team to thoroughly understand project stories and ensure all acceptance criteria are met on schedule.
- Provide mentoring and coaching to junior team members to support their growth and contribute to ongoing skills development.
- Promote open communication by actively giving and receiving constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Java development.
- Demonstrated ability to work within an agile environment and contribute effectively to a team of approximately 10 professionals.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to foster collaboration and provide actionable feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
