Job Title: IT Risk and Compliance Analyst – Mid-Level

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support and execute governance, risk, and compliance activities within a dynamic IT environment. Our team values proactive individuals who ensure high-quality and timely delivery of essential compliance and risk processes.
Responsibilities:
- Independently perform and support IT governance, risk, and compliance processes to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery.
- Develop and maintain reports, metrics, and presentations within a defined scope and audience.
- Support the implementation and operation of IT governance policies, standards, and procedures while applying common risk and compliance frameworks.
- Engage with stakeholders across IT and business functions to clarify requirements, align on deliverables, and deliver process improvements.
Required:
- 5-10 years of experience in IT risk, compliance, audit, or a related discipline.
- Experience using ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
- Working knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance concepts, with familiarity in frameworks such as ISO, NIST, COSO, PCI DSS.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear control narratives and audit-ready responses.
