Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer
Location: Farmers Branch, Texas (On-site)
Job Summary: We seek an experienced professional to support the continuous deployment, governance, and enhancement of machine learning models within a collaborative data science and engineering team. Our team drives impactful solutions by consulting with internal stakeholders and ensuring seamless integration and regulatory adherence across production applications.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support for models deployed in production applications, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Consult with internal clients to gather requirements and align technical teams for successful project delivery.
- Coordinate release planning and actively support releases through hands-on involvement during release windows.
- Design, build, orchestrate, and implement machine learning model solutions with attention to risk, governance, and regulatory compliance.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience implementing production solutions utilizing generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven background designing and deploying solutions with model governance, risk management, and regulatory adherence as priorities.
- Technical expertise with GPT 5.x, Langchain (RAG/RAGAS), and machine learning model orchestration.
