Job Title: Service Quotation Administrator
Location: Nashville, Tennessee (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to support our team in preparing, delivering, and maintaining accurate service quotations. Our team values analytical thinking, data interpretation, and operational excellence to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement in service quoting processes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive Time & Material service quotes, verifying all cost factors and ensuring accurate representation in quotations.
- Track the status of submitted quotes, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure timely delivery of service quotations.
- Facilitate the review and approval process for all quotations, ensuring compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
- Analyze customer requirements and trends in quote acceptance to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
Required:
- High School Diploma or Vocational Education.
- No prior experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Strong skills in documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping.
