Job Title: Solutions Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a senior technical professional to help our team drive the strategy and implementation of identity and access management for a large enterprise environment. Our team values innovative approaches to security, compliance, and operational excellence, ensuring robust identity management throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Define and develop overall identity management strategy, aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Design and implement identity and access management platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and applications.
- Establish and enforce controls to secure sensitive information and maintain compliance, including policy development and regular audits.
- Provide training, documentation, and operational support to teams, collaborating across departments to optimize IAM processes.
Required:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in identity and access management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing IAM platforms and solutions within large organizations.
- Direct experience with IAM technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
