Job Title: MP&P Technical Analyst
Location: Everett, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: Our team is seeking a dedicated professional to evaluate parts, materials, and processes to ensure safety and reliability. We focus on continuous improvement by designing and implementing new concepts and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate parts, materials, and processes through research and testing to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Analyze failed parts and processes to reduce or eliminate future failures.
- Generate test plans, identify failures, determine root causes, and document results and recommendations.
- Support continuous improvement by designing, developing, and implementing new concepts and technology.
Required:
- Technical AA Degree.
- Comfortable using a computer.
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to be mobile, on your feet for a lot of the work, and lift up to 25 lbs.
