Job Title: Solution Architect
Location: Pleasanton, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to support enterprise architecture initiatives focused on the Product-to-Market (P2M) ecosystem within a leading Retail/CPG environment. Our team is looking to drive transformation by modernizing integrated planning, merchandising, and AI/ML-driven capabilities to advance business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess the current P2M landscape and vendor capabilities to identify gaps, redundancies, and modernization opportunities across planning and merchandising processes.
- Develop architecture blueprints and capability roadmaps that align P2M investments with business objectives.
- Provide guidance on composable patterns, API-first integrations, and data flow design across marketing and supply chain platforms.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate vendors, define integration patterns, and support platform-related decision making, while contributing to architecture reviews and governance.
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in Product-to-Market and Supply Chain architecture, including hands-on experience with integrated planning concepts such as line planning, buy planning, visual mapping, space planning, sizing and packing, and allocation.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native, API-first, and event-driven integration patterns.
- Experience with AI/ML applied to marketing functions, including personalization, propensity modeling, and audience intelligence.
- Proven background in Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands, with experience in fashion or apparel sectors preferred.
