Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer
Location: Dallas, Texas (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a professional who will be instrumental in developing, enforcing, and overseeing data governance strategies specifically focused on AI and machine learning use cases. Our team values strong analytical thinking, technical expertise, and effective communication to ensure data compliance and quality across large-scale enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust AI data governance policies, standards, and controls.
- Lead cross-functional coordination for AI/ML data stewardship, bias reviews, and data quality checks.
- Drive adoption and compliance with regulatory data requirements including GDPR, CCPA, and responsible AI guidelines.
- Facilitate governance discussions between executive and technical teams, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Required:
- 10–15 years in data governance or data stewardship, including a minimum of 3–5 years focused on AI/ML data in enterprise environments.
- Experience with enterprise-scale data platforms, MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Azure ML, SageMaker, Databricks), and data governance/catalog tools (e.g., Collibra, Atlan, Alation, Informatica).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML data pipelines, including ingestion, labeling, feature engineering, and model training; working knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and Redshift; knowledge of SQL and basic Python.
- Proven ability to conduct bias reviews, manage data lineage, enforce compliance with GDPR/CCPA guidelines, and drive process improvement for governance workflows.
