Job Title: Contract Recruiter
Location: Beachwood, Ohio (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to support our client’s talent acquisition strategy across North America. Our team is focused on identifying and attracting top professionals, ensuring business growth and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a requisition load of 30-35+ professional-level openings, with potential to exceed this number during peak hiring periods.
- Develop customized recruitment strategies for each opening, demonstrating a strong understanding of the client’s needs and organizational context.
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, candidate availability, and solutions to overcome recruitment challenges.
- Provide expertise and guidance to internal customers regarding OFCCP policies, procedures, and best practices.
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a professional recruiting or staffing role.
- Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and time management skills, with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
