Job Title: Logistics Analyst – Mid-Level
Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are searching for an experienced professional to support 3rd Party Logistics initiatives by providing structured analysis, maintaining organized data, and enabling process improvements across the supply chain. Our team plays a critical role in ensuring efficient contract management and seamless communication with providers, driving operational excellence and value for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain templates to benchmark current location profiles, rates, and specifications and support streamlined bid reviews.
- Organize and manage the contract repository for the 3PL team, tracking updates and ensuring clear communication and efficient storage of documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication on rate changes with internal and external partners and support timely updates.
- Drive the execution of rate and contract adjustments, manage annual rate escalator processes, and collaborate on executive presentations and business reviews.
Required:
- 5-10 years of verified experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, analytics, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including expertise with data analysis tools and functions.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and strong data visualization skills.
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of data with attention to detail and accuracy, demonstrating structured analytical thinking and process adherence.
