Job Title: Brand Merchandising
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-Site)
Job Summary: Our team is seeking a dynamic individual to join the Brand Merchandising role, where we focus on driving retail success through strategic planning and data analysis. We aim to enhance the consumer experience by aligning merchandising strategies with market trends and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute consumer-centric assortment plans for performance and lifestyle footwear and apparel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize growth and manage in-season performance.
- Analyze sales data and inventory using Excel and Power BI to influence strategic decisions.
- Participate in seasonal buy reviews to ensure alignment with allocation and planning demands.
Required:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in planning for retail purchases based on data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Merch Ops, or Fashion.
- Proficiency in merchandising/buyer roles with a strong focus on data analytics and Excel.
- Knowledge of retail math, including stock to sales, seasonal return, and KPI identification.
