Job Title: Test Manager
Location: Syracuse, New York (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to support our team in delivering a robust customer management platform. Our team values excellence in software quality, ensuring comprehensive testing across multiple service integrations to maintain functional completeness, reliability, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze system requirements and develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
- Execute manual and automated tests, identify and document software defects, and collaborate with teams to facilitate defect resolution.
- Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, scripts, and summary reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to established company policies, security standards, and regulatory compliance during testing activities.
Required:
- Proven experience in software testing, including manual and automated approaches.
- Experience with test planning, design, execution, and reporting.
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar, as well as an understanding of test automation concepts.
- Ability to create and maintain test documentation, manage testing environments and data, analyze system requirements, and develop comprehensive test cases.
