Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a driven professional to support the deployment of SAP and core model processes at a manufacturing site. Our team values effective communication and project coordination skills to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new systems within business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate project workshops with both local business and global IS teams.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify and document differences between local processes and the core model.
- Drive data collection, formatting, cleansing, and migration activities, including governance around material master data, BOM, recipes, and purchasing info.
- Organize and plan testing phases with domain contributors, and localize training materials and plans for key users.
Required:
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Project management experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree or technical discipline degree and 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Information Systems.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
