Job Title: Materials Control Specialist
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to support vital engineering projects through effective material coordination. Our team values attention to detail and reliability in ensuring materials are scheduled, tracked, and managed efficiently to meet project requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials for Technical Shared Services projects, ensuring timely support for construction activities.
- Gather material cost and delivery information during project planning and prepare requisitions for materials and equipment.
- Serve as liaison between design functions, Materials Management, Project Management, and the construction site to resolve material delivery issues.
- Administer material control documents and manage vendor drawings and technical data to ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
Required:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
- 0–2 years of experience in a related role within the oil and gas industry.
- Ability to monitor progress of equipment and material procurement, expediting as needed to meet project schedules.
- Experience handling vendor approval drawings and coordinating technical documentation for engineering projects.
