Job Title: Experience Designer
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a talented creative professional to play a foundational role building shared enterprise platforms and experiences. Our team is focused on delivering consistent, high-quality customer and associate experiences, driving efficiency and excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product and Technology partners to define user journeys, use cases, and underlying experience strategy.
- Lead the design, iteration, and refinement of workflows and platform experiences, ensuring alignment with established design standards and accessibility.
- Work closely with engineering during build phases to validate and deliver designs, incorporating ongoing feedback and usability testing results.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring patterns and usability considerations are scalable, consistent, and adaptable for future needs.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in experience design, with strong proficiency in Figma (or equivalent) for wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity designs.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience designing for enterprise or platform-based products, including complex workflows and multi-user journeys.
- Proven background working with or contributing to design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
