Job Title: Associate Scientist
Location: Thousand Oaks, California (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a scientific professional to join our team and support large-molecule development by conducting analytical testing and contributing to process development. Our team plays a vital role in ensuring data quality and facilitating cross-functional progress on key programs.
Responsibilities:
- Perform analytical testing of formulation components and process-related impurities, with a focus on surfactants and excipients.
- Review, analyze, and summarize analytical data to provide insights for development decisions.
- Document experimental work and results using electronic laboratory notebooks and established procedures.
- Support method execution, troubleshooting, and transfer activities in collaboration with process development and quality control teams.
Required:
- Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field, or a Bachelor’s degree in these disciplines with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Alternatively, an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience or high school diploma/GED with 6 years of experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated skills in analytical data review, interpretation, and technical documentation with a commitment to data integrity.
- Hands-on experience with chromatography-based analytical techniques.
