Job Title: Product Designer – Specialized

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled individual capable of leading innovative product design initiatives for a high-profile sports apparel organization. Our team values creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to drive complex projects within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-scale product resets with a focus on complex apparel product design driven by innovation.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including design, brand, and tech development.
- Conduct and lead fit sessions, ensuring alignment with athlete feedback and performance requirements.
- Engage with athletes and facilitate connections to enhance product functionality and appeal.
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion or sports apparel design.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in creative design with a technical design component, including portfolio showing high taste level and personal style.
- Expertise in apparel and materials, with a preference for knitwear, technical fabrics, and athletic fabrics.
