Job Title: Reactive Resource Planner
Location: Nashville, Tennessee (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team to help ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency within the organization. Our team relies on precise scheduling and the coordination of field resources to achieve business objectives and deliver outstanding results for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate medium- to long-term planning for service operations resources related to order realization and service delivery.
- Act as the primary contact for exception and escalation management of service orders, handling communications and timely escalations for both customers and service engineers.
- Identify and address planning issues, applying effective solutions and tracking follow-up actions with minimal direction.
- Monitor patterns in customer issues and promote improvements through regular updates to knowledge management content.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of customer service or planning experience preferred.
- Experience with ServiceMax, Salesforce, SAP, or other ERP/planning tools preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
