Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Toledo, Ohio (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking individuals to deliver effective maintenance and repair services for building equipment and systems. Our team values technical proficiency and attention to safety in carrying out critical operations that sustain facility functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Assist operations staff with maintenance and repair of facility equipment and systems.
- Perform general interior maintenance tasks, including HVAC/R coil cleaning and kitchen equipment upkeep.
- Conduct minor plumbing repairs and maintain lighting system bulbs and ballasts.
- Complete special tasks such as painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and general maintenance assignments.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Class B UST Certification.
- Valid state driver’s license and ability to maintain it.
- Minimum of one (1) year of applicable experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work.
