Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Columbus, Ohio (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to support daily operation, inspection, and maintenance of essential facility equipment. Our team relies on this position to keep building systems running efficiently and to provide dependable assistance to engineering and technical personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain lighting systems, including bulb and ballast replacements, and assist with the upkeep and repair of building systems and equipment.
- Perform general interior maintenance, including HVAC/R coil cleaning and kitchen equipment servicing such as work on meat grinders, cubers, meat saws, and slicers.
- Conduct minor plumbing repairs and undertake special facility tasks such as painting, locksmith duties, and responding to general maintenance requests.
- Be available for after-hours emergency on-call duties and adhere to all safety policies regarding storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
Required:
- Valid state driver’s license must be possessed and maintained.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment with self-motivation.
- Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
