Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Plymouth, Michigan (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a technical professional to support facility operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC/R and related systems. Our team strives to ensure reliable, efficient building performance, safety, and client satisfaction across all assigned locations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair work orders for facility mechanical, electrical, HVAC/R, plumbing, and production equipment.
- Maintain compliance with safety procedures and conduct hazard assessments to ensure a safe work environment.
- Study equipment and methods required for efficient operations, and conduct facility inspections as assigned.
- Submit daily receipts, update work order statuses in real time, and utilize computerized maintenance management systems for accurate tracking.
Required:
- Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering, including strong HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
- Universal CFC recovery certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment).
- Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation for work-related travel.
