Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Waukesha, Wisconsin (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to help maintain, operate, and repair all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC/Refrigeration systems within designated facilities. Our team relies on this position to ensure equipment efficiency, safety, and minimal downtime, all while supporting smooth facility operations and a productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems and components.
- Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems, associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building repair, and related grounds or production equipment as assigned.
- Conduct facility inspections and due diligence efforts, delivering reports on conditions that impact satisfactory facility occupancy and operational standards.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as Corrigo for all work performed and keep work order statuses up to date in real time.
Required:
- Universal CFC recovery certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience covering all aspects of building engineering, with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration systems.
- Valid state driver’s license and availability for call-in work as required.
