Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Columbus, Ohio (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to operate, inspect, and maintain comprehensive HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment systems. Our team ensures optimal facility operations, safety, and energy efficiency through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and prompt repair responses.
Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems and equipment.
- Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior, and production equipment as needed.
- Conduct facility inspections and due diligence efforts, providing condition reports supporting client occupancy and operational success.
- Submit P-card receipts daily, update work order status in real time, and utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for all work performed.
Required:
- Universal CFC recovery certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering with strong expertise in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance.
- Knowledge of overall system design and applications and experience maintaining commercial and/or supermarket refrigeration.
- Candidate must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and be available for call-in work as required.
