Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Escanaba, Michigan (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to support operations, maintenance, and repair of critical facility equipment, focusing on HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across multiple commercial locations. Our team prioritizes energy efficiency, safety, and minimal downtime to help ensure reliable building operations and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, HVAC/R, and other installed systems and components.
- Maintain and operate all HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing, internal/external building repairs, and production equipment at assigned facilities.
- Complete facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on any conditions affecting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.
- Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for timely updates, daily submission of P-card receipts, and accurate work order status reporting.
Required:
- Universal CFC recovery certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment).
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering, including HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance.
- Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining commercial and/or supermarket refrigeration systems.
- Valid state driver’s license and availability for call-in work as needed.
