Job Title: Project Manager – Non-IT

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to lead a global bookings alignment initiative across multiple regions. Our team requires someone who thrives in program management, change management, and cross-functional collaboration to bring clarity, momentum, and structure to a complex, high-visibility program.
Responsibilities:
- Lead tactical program management for global bookings alignment, overseeing scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery.
- Ensure data harmonization and alignment across geographies, establishing shared definitions and common stage terminology.
- Orchestrate cross-region change management, translating roadmap decisions into actionable plans for adoption.
- Coordinate integrated program roadmaps and cross-functional teams to facilitate decision-making and alignment among stakeholders.
Required:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in tactical program management and change management, preferably in matrixed, global environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated expertise driving adoption and transformation across teams and geographies.
- Excel proficiency required; familiarity with transitioning systems and harmonizing data across multiple geographies.
