Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Waukesha, Wisconsin (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to drive process innovation and operational excellence within a manufacturing environment. Our team focuses on optimizing cell and flow line design, improving safety and productivity, and guiding continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Create, train, and guide optimal design and layout of cells and manufacturing flow lines while adhering to safety, productivity, and process specifications.
- Lead cost-out initiatives and continuous improvement activities utilizing Lean and Six Sigma tools, ensuring safety and process compliance.
- Drive projects for extended value streams, develop project goals and budgets, and proactively align cross-functional resources to meet objectives.
- Identify and remediate potential safety hazards, enforce safety expectations, and conduct training for team members on safety regulations and methods.
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Experience with AutoCAD systems and working knowledge of computers.
- Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
