Job Title: Change Management Consultant

Job Summary: We seek a professional who will drive culture change initiatives focused on building organizational capability for sustainable performance improvement. Our team values expertise in supporting leaders with targeted organizational development strategies that ensure a successful delivery of key projects and transformations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee activities to drive cultural transformation and develop greater capability for change within teams.
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments, evaluate findings, and present clear recommendations to project teams and senior leadership.
- Advise leadership on organizational development and behavioral change topics critical to successful project rollout.
- Support sustainable performance improvement by identifying and recommending targeted change plans and strategies.
Required:
- Demonstrated experience leading change initiatives, including strong expertise in impact assessments and training development or instructional design.
- Background in supply chain operations or knowledge relevant to supply chain functions.
- Ability to evaluate organizational readiness and present actionable findings to stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- Previous experience in the retail sector is highly desired.
