Responsibilities:
- Design and implement operating processes to enhance clarity, efficiency, and accountability.
- Collaborate with shared services teams to optimize planning tools and systems.
- Establish and maintain operating rhythms, including key milestones and communication cadences.
- Act as a thought partner to senior leaders, identifying risks and opportunities across the brand portfolio.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing operations.
- Strong understanding of seasonal marketing workflows and operating models.
- Proficiency with planning and collaboration tools such as Airtable, Smartsheet, Box, or Tableau.
