Job Title: Sr. Help Desk Technician
Location: Mount Pleasant, South Carolina (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking an IT professional dedicated to delivering top-tier user support and exceptional customer service across a range of company-supported applications and platforms. Our team values proactive problem-solving to ensure the efficient diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software issues within a dynamic office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical support in person, by phone, and electronically to end users.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues while following established help desk procedures and workflows.
  • Log and track all support interactions, routing and escalating issues to appropriate teams or personnel as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of solutions and prepare activity and performance reports as required.

Required:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant IT support experience.
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware and software systems, Microsoft Office, Windows environments, and help desk or ticketing systems (such as TrackIt or similar).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, customer service orientation, and organizational abilities.
