Job Title: Junior Logistics Administrator
Location: Inver Grove, Minnesota (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated logistics professional to contribute to our transportation division by supporting compliance efforts and the successful deployment of carrier operations. Our team values collaborative problem-solving and strong communication as we drive process improvements and support organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, deploy, and oversee carrier compliance activities associated with implementing new technology solutions.
- Resolve compliance issues and standardize processes to improve onboarding outcomes.
- Conduct routine logistical tasks, including creating reports, managing updates, responding to emails, and providing customer service.
- Maintain positive working relationships with carrier operations, customer service, sales teams, and external vendors while managing relevant data in Excel and ERP systems.
Required:
- Minimum of one year of experience in business or transportation/logistics, including reporting, coordination, or customer service.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to maintain and update information using Microsoft Office programs and other systems as needed.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills with a customer-focused mindset.
