Job Title: Senior Agronomy Sales Representative
Location: Colby, Kansas (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a driven individual to join our team and support agricultural producers through impactful on-the-farm sales presentations. Our team dedicates itself to delivering solutions that drive success for customers by providing crop protection, nutrients, seed products, and innovative strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with farmers, ranchers, and agricultural producers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop supply strategies and forecast monthly and annual supply requirements to ensure customers' needs are consistently met.
- Increase sales and territory margins by prospecting new customers and executing effective sales and marketing programs.
- Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals to support successful transactions and drive customer engagement.
Required:
- High school diploma and/or GED.
- 4+ years of sales, business development, business operations, or similar experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
