Job Title: Associate Engineer
Location: Thousand Oaks, California (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support project management and documentation activities for thermal engineering systems. Our team values collaboration, continuous improvement, and adherence to strict quality standards for the development and implementation of advanced packaging solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly team meetings to facilitate project updates and group discussions.
- Maintain and update the SharePoint dashboard to track project progress.
- Assist with laboratory test execution, data analysis, and creation of reports in accordance with procedures.
- Author and revise controlled documents within document management systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams on protocol reviews and process management.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related science field (biotechnology, chemical, or mechanical engineering preferred), or an associate degree with 4 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 6 years of experience.
- Prior laboratory experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical GMP/GDP practices.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and documentation practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency using MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
